ENGAGEMENTS

Topsail Insights LLC provides all services to a client solely in the capacity of a professional, third-party, independent contractor, and not as an owner, shareholder, partner, member, affiliate, official, or employee of, or joint venturer with, the client.

Topsail Insights engages with, and acts for, a client exclusively pursuant to a written agreement signed by the client, other relevant parties (if any), and an authorized signatory of Topsail Insights. Such agreement and all of its terms are confidential, and may not be varied or waived without the prior express written approval of all parties.
