Privacy protection is important to Topsail Insights LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “its”). This Notice discloses the privacy practices for our website, www.topsail-insights.com (“Website”). This Notice applies exclusively to non-public personal and non-personal information (if any) (“Information”) of our clients and prospective clients (“you”) collected or used by the Company, as described below.

Information collected (directly or indirectly) via the Website is the property of the Company. We do not collect Information about you via the Website. Security

The Company takes what we believe to be reasonable precautions to protect your Information. As stated above, we do not collect Information from you via the Website. With respect to Information about you provided outside of the Website, only our representatives or third-party service providers that you have previously approved and who need the Information to perform a specific task are (or will be)  granted authorized access to such Information. The computers, servers, drives, devices, or other storage facilities on (or in which) we store your Information are kept in a secure environment, or the same or substantially similar security precautions have been (or will be) represented to us by any third-party service provider storing your Information.

Cookies

The Company does not use cookies on the Website. (i.e., a “cookie” is a piece of data stored on a website visitor's hard drive to, among other things, help improve access to the site and identify repeat visitors to the site). However, the Company’s web hosts and various search engines may use cookies in connection with the Website. We have no access to, or control over, those cookies or any related activities of such third parties. Most internet browsers have features or add-ons that enable you to prevent the installation of, or remove, cookies; and if you are concerned about cookies, we encourage you to access those features and add-ons.

COPPA

The Company’s Website does not target, and we do not collect or use Information from, children under the age of 13 years old.  For that matter, we do not intend or expect to collect Information from persons who are not adults.

GLB

The Company does not believe that our activities are subject to the U. S. Gramm-Leach Bliley Act or any implementing regulations or the U. S. Federal Trade Commission Regulations 16 C.F.R. Part 313. Among other things, we generally do not collect non-public personal Information about individuals, and we do not provide services to consumers or customers primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
